During a break between classes, economics majors Erisa Bushati (at left) and Amber Lawrence kick back in their lawn chairs beside UMSL’s North Campus ponds. The Recreation and Wellness Center serves as a fitting backdrop as the two friends soak up the day.
Bushati, a junior at UMSL, hails from Shkoder, Albania, and Lawrence, a senior, is from St. Charles, Missouri.
