Jerry Dunn, director of the Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis, was interviewed for the May 10 KMOV (Channel 4) story “Wife of retired teacher charged with raping student accused of threatening victim.”
Vivian Eveloff, director of the Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life, was mentioned May 30 in the St. Louis Jewish Light article “If you knew Susie … Sue Shear, that is!” Eveloff discussed the Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life May 17 on “St. Louis on the Air,” a program on St. Louis Public Radio | 90.7 FM. She was quoted May 9 in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch article “UMSL’s Shear Institute the flash point of state budget debate.”
Chancellor Tom George was quoted May 4 in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch article “UMSL looks to recreate Delmar Loop in north St. Louis County.”
Sheila Grigsby, assistant teaching professor of nursing, was featured May 7 in The St. Louis American article “Sheila Grigsby: Public health and faith-based interventions.”

Terry Jones, professor of political science, was mentioned May 3 in The St. Louis American article “Judge rejects school transfer law.” Jones discussed what was and wasn’t accomplished in the just-completed session of the Missouri Legislature on May 21 on “St. Louis on the Air,” a program on St. Louis Public Radio | 90.7 FM.
David Kimball, associate professor of political science, was quoted May 29 in the St. Louis Beacon article “Do politicians prefer plain speaking or high-falutin’ language?”

Alumnus Toby Meyer (BSEd 2012) was featured May 14 in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch article “School janitor comes full circle with college graduation.” Meyer was also featured May 17 in the KTVI (Channel 2) story “Custodian gets college degree.”
Laura Miller, professor of Japanese studies, was quoted May 31 in the San Jose (Calif.) Mercury News article “Asian carrier takes flight with Hello Kitty.”
