Eye on UMSL: Louie and a little luck

Eye on UMSL: Louie and a little luck

Transfer student Jay Gaskin was among the new University of Missouri–St. Louis students taking part in Serendipity Sendoff on Saturday outside the Millennium Student Center. Following tradition, Gaskin rubbed the book in the outstretched right hand of the Wayne Goode Statue for luck as UMSL’s mascot, Louie, looked on.

This photograph was taken by UMSL photographer August Jennewein and is the latest to be featured in Eye on UMSL.
