Patty Parker, the E. Desmond Lee Endowed Professor of Zoological Studies and chair of the Department of Biology, was interviewed about a paper she wrote with Robert Ricklefs, the Curators’ Professor of Biology, and others that pinpointed the year avian pox hit the Galapagos Islands. The story ran in the St. Louis Beacon Jan. 18.
